What You’ll Do

  • You will lead complex customer projects from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and production deployment. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage delivery, and ensure that business requirements, technical capabilities, and customer needs are brought together effectively.
  • Together with our technical experts, you will develop scalable automation and workflow solutions as well as AI-enabled monetization opportunities using technologies such as n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and comparable platforms.
  • You will identify automation and AI opportunities across existing business processes, work with our customers to develop sustainable target solutions, and translate them into concrete roadmaps and implementation concepts.
  • With your strong technical understanding, you will evaluate architectural decisions, implementation approaches, and technologies in terms of scalability, maintainability, and long-term value.
  • You will confidently operate between business teams, management, and IT, lead workshops and decision-making sessions, and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. At the same time, you will build strong, long-term customer relationships and continuously develop them.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, General Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Professional Expertise: You have several years of solid professional experience in automation, digital transformation, AI-driven solutions, or process consulting — ideally within a consulting, startup, or venture-building environment.

What You’ll Do

  • You will plan, lead, and take ownership of complex IT and transformation projects from initial analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, and go-live. You will guide project teams through all phases and ensure that technical, business, and customer requirements are met.
  • With your strong understanding of modern IT environments and business processes, you will work with business, product, and technology teams to design robust, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
  • You will identify technical, organizational, and business challenges early, resolve complex issues across systems and stakeholders, and create an environment in which large-scale IT initiatives can be delivered successfully, transparently, and predictably.
  • Working closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testing teams, and business stakeholders, you will coordinate interdisciplinary teams across the entire project lifecycle — from concept and implementation through integration and production rollout.
  • You understand system architectures, data flows, APIs, infrastructure components, cloud and on-premise environments, and can identify technical risks and dependencies early. You ensure that architectural and design decisions are consistent and that implementations remain stable and scalable.
  • Whether the challenge involves system integration, modernization, security, release management, scalability, or organizational change, you ensure that IT projects deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing technology environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional Background: You ideally have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field. Other educational backgrounds are also welcome if you bring strong technical expertise and proven experience managing complex IT projects.
  • Project Management Expertise: You have several years of experience leading larger IT or transformation projects. Experience with both traditional and agile methodologies such as Scrum, PMI, or PRINCE2 is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Understanding: You are comfortable working with system architectures, data flows, APIs, cloud and on-premise environments, and complex technology landscapes. You can assess technical dependencies and risks and translate them into clear decisions. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Passion: You are passionate about complex IT projects, transparent project management, clear structures, technological modernization, change management, and delivering stable, scalable, and future-ready solutions.
  • Mindset: You are analytical, structured, and quality-focused. You can explain complex topics clearly, facilitate decision-making, and drive projects forward in dynamic environments with a solution-oriented approach.
  • AI Know-How: You have experience using LLMs and AI tools for project planning, risk analysis, process optimization, or coordinating interdisciplinary AI and technology teams.
  • On the Road: You are based in Miami, Florida, and are willing to travel regularly to customers and project locations throughout the United States.

  • Work closely with our Strategy, AI, and Engineering teams to develop holistic technology solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and train machine learning models for robotics applications, with a particular focus on Computer Vision and Imitation Learning.
  • Design and implement end-to-end pipelines covering visual perception, data processing, and model inference, including object and pose detection, scene understanding, and visual feature extraction.
  • Build training and evaluation environments using simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, and Gazebo.
  • Collect, preprocess, and quality-check training data as part of your daily workflow.
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, while optimizing them for performance, robustness, and inference speed.
  • Collaborate closely with Robotics Engineers and Software Development teams to advance Physical AI solutions at AI42B and for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, combined with hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems, or a closely related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with practical experience training, evaluating, and debugging deep-learning models, collecting data, and tracking experiments.
  • Simulation: Experience with robotics simulation environments such as Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or Gazebo.
  • Computer Vision & Imitation Learning: Experience in Computer Vision and/or Imitation Learning is a strong advantage.
  • Mindset: You take ownership of your work while thriving in collaborative environments. You have strong conceptual and problem-solving skills and are confident working directly with clients.
  • Travel: You are flexible and willing to travel to client locations across the USA.
