1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Venture Rox GmbH (trading as AI42B) and customers who use services via the website www.ai42b.com. These terms also apply to all future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By completing an order on our website, a contract is concluded between the customer and Venture Rox GmbH. The contract becomes binding as soon as the customer has completed the purchase process and the payment via Stripe has been successfully processed.

3. Subscriptions and Minimum Term

Our services are sold in the form of subscriptions. The minimum term is two quarters. After the minimum term has expired, the contract can be canceled on a monthly basis or the package can be downgraded.

4. AI Strategy Consulting and Booking of Consulting Hours

• AI Strategy Consultants can only be booked within the Advanced Package or the Premium+ Package.
• Consulting hours purchased on a per-hour basis are non-cancellable. These consulting hours must be carried out within the agreed timeframe, as long as time is available to provide the service.

5. Prices and Payment

The prices for our subscriptions and consulting services are clearly listed on our website. Payments are made via Stripe and are charged at regular intervals according to the selected package. Customers are obligated to pay the due amount according to the chosen payment period.

6. Termination

After the minimum term of two quarters, the contract can be terminated at any time at the end of the current billing period. Termination must be made at least 14 days before the end of the billing period.

7. Downgrade of the Package

After the minimum term of two quarters, there is the option to downgrade the selected package to a lower package. The downgrade will be effective at the beginning of the next billing period.

8. Liability

Our liability for damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for consequential damages, loss of profit, or indirect damages is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Karlsruhe, unless otherwise required by law.
